Just wondering..it's possible to swim in the sea? I see high waves..I always go to Caletta de Fuste .This year I decided for Corralejo and this hotel.Honestly I am a bit scared.I travel alone,don't like swimming pools but only sea waters.

Hi. The waves are somewhat bigger than at Caletta but there is a fairly shallow gradient from the beach. It's perhaps more suitable for a bracing dip in the waves rather than a peaceful swim.

We did the snorkeling a few miles south of the TUI Blue hotel Khoa Lak actually near the Laem Ao Kham lighthouse just north of Khao Na Yak beach. We booked the trip with Discovery travel which again is not too far from the hotel you are staying at. Their office is near the Kokotel Khao Lak lighthouse hotel on the Phetkasem Road. Hi Jimmy. We spent a few days in Seaton during the pandemic so it was very quiet when we were there. The town is a small pleasent place with a few pubs and local shops and a couple of town centre supermarkets. The promenade is fairly sedate with mainly residential buildings and a few cafes. On the whole Seaton is quite a compact, pleasent little seaside town and relatively flat in the town center. As l say, we were there during the pandemic so it might be a more upbeat place now things have opened up. We hope this helps.

Hi Lisa....l agree with your opinion of the lower pool...it doesn't get full sun either as it north facing but l believe it has been recently renovated to some extent with a retractable roof being added. The roof pool is a real positive for the hotel...wonderful views and very chilled but as you say its adults only which is a shame if your visiting with children....Many thanks for watching.
